Meet Reese Mahoney
NORMAL, Ill. — Meet Reese Mahoney, a 14U hockey player sophomore at Normal Community West High School. This past season was her first season playing for the Central Illinois Girls Hockey Association, however she has been skating and playing hockey since she was four. In addition to excelling at hockey (this past season, she played defense), Reese is also a skilled artist and musician. Her commitment in the classroom qualified her for the Northern Illinois Hockey League Academic Excellence Award, which requires a high school player to earn a minimum of a 3.5 GPA.
