WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. — UpLift Students of the month are Lyla (13), Jaydee (9) and Zoey (7) Yip! The Yips have been training for over 2 years at UpLift Martial Arts and are currently Brown Belts. Their strong focus, self-esteem, charisma, black belt attitude, and powerful kicks are inspiring!
