PIKE ROAD, Ala. — The Pike Road Dance Academy competed in the Dance Masters Competition/Convention February 5-7, 2021 at MPACC in downtown Montgomery. Dancers performed exciting routines that wowed the judges.

Davis Schremser, age 6 daughter of Britney and John Schremser won a High Gold and First Place Overall award for her Jazz Solo. Channing Mills, age 4 daughter of Adam and Aimee Mills won a High Gold and Third Place Overall award for her Jazz Solo. Adeline Henry, age 11 daughter of Kerry and Wade Henry participated in the Dance Masters Convention and excelled in all of the classes offered.

Teacher and Choreographer Raquel Whitehead says she could not be more proud of her students and their hard work. “At The Pike Road Dance Academy we strive for quality and excellence. All of our girls this past weekend have shown an excellent level of hard work and determination. The long hours and hard work that everyone put in has paid off! Now onto the next competition,” said Whitehead. Look for PRDA as they go to upcoming competitions this season.
