High school football exposure camp coming to Alpharetta
ALPHARETTA, Ga. (BVM) — Take Your Game to Another Level (TYGTAL) Consulting is an NCAA compliant scouting service that has been hosting exposure camps for unsigned high school athletes since 2010. Now, TYGTAL is coming to Alpharetta from April 15-17 for a football mini-camp and inviting 140 of the Southeast’s best unsigned players to join them.
TYGTAL will bring its staff with more than 15 years of college football coaching and recruiting experience to offer instruction to the athletes. The first two days will consist of zoom calls with parents, players and coaches and then the camp will conclude with eight hours of on-field action like measurements, drills and reviews.
The event will be hosted at Cambridge High School thanks to its top-notch football facilities. It is estimated that the mini-camp will draw visitors to 29 Alpharetta-area hotels, more than 200 restaurants, over 250 shops and the city’s entertainment. The family-friendly atmosphere of Alpharetta was another aspect that TYGTAL considered.
The 140 invited athletes will be broken up by category, with a good mix of skill-position players and linemen. There will be eight quarterbacks, eight running backs, 30 offensive linemen, four tight ends, 24 wide receivers, 24 defensive linemen, 18 linebackers and 24 defensive backs.
On top of the on-field instruction, athletes and their parents will receive Q&A recruiting seminars, scouting services including academics and their footage will be directly available to any interested college or university.
