DANVILLE, Calif. — For the last 5 1/2 weeks I’ve been following the High School football games in our area: in particular Monte Vista and San Ramon Valley High School. I wasn’t about to miss the opportunity to take pictures of their return to play, especially after this last year. It’s been awesome to finally capture their time doing what they love: from baseball to cheer.

We’re only a few days away from the last game of the football season. SRV’s record is 3-2 going into this game. Oh did I forget to mention it’s against their bitter rivals Monte Vista who are presently 0-5? My wife just yelled out “Go Wolves,” but I’ll practice my journalistic integrity and not say anything. I’ve been to few of Monte Vista’s games and they were playing tough with a lot of heart. I’m guessing it’s going to be a good game. They usually don’t disappoint.
