Emma Mollette, strong, bold, and funny, loves cheering because you get to toss girls around in the air instead of a ball. Her goals are to improve her tumbling skills and eventually to go to college and cheer on an all girl stunt team. Being part of a team has taught Emma to function with other people and to be the best teammate that she can be.

There are a few key pieces of advice from her mentors that have truly stuck with Emma. The first is to, “thank a compliment and let the rest go.” The second piece of advice is how to overcome a mistake made. Emma says, “When you miss a motion, in this sport, you have to keep going with a smile on your face like nothing ever happened.”

Outside of school and cheerleading, Emma enjoys camping, babysitting and her favorite snack is Goldfish snack crackers.
