Boise Hawks ready for 2022

BOISE, Idaho (BVM) – Baseball is getting bigger in Boise. Another Hawk in Roby Enriquez signed with an MLB organization. The Hawk’s also announced they we’re able to re-sign their ace, Matt Dallas, and star leadoff hitter, Myles Miller.

The Arizona Diamondbacks just signed a solid left bat in Roby Enriquez. The 6-foot-2 outfielder raked in the Pioneer League. He only struck out 7.2% of his at-bats. The average strikeout rate for a minor leaguer is 14%. The D-backs may have picked up a diamond in the rough that can guarantee to put the ball in play. 

In other Boise Hawk new’s, it is confirmed that Matt Dallas and Myles Miller will be returning for another season. 

Matt Dallas is a 6-foot-1 righty flamethrower clocking at 96 mph. The Hawk’s PBL strikeout leader dominated, ending the season with an impressive 10.75 K/9. The Boise native returned home last season after being traded from the New Jersey Jackals. He looks to improve off of after a great 9-4 record back in Boise.

Hawk’s announce more news of their re-signing with their all-time single-season hits and runs scored leader in Myles Miller. Last season, the 6-foot-’2 outfielder hit a .335 average. Miller had 131 hits over those 95 games.  Myles was running the bases all season, becoming the second all-time single-season leader in total bases for the Hawks. He will look to break more records for the Hawk’s upcoming season. 

As the holiday season is already in full swing, the Hawk’s look to announce more news of who will be returning to Boise for the 2022 campaign.
