Rumson-Fair Haven girls gymnastics team continues to grow

RUMSON, N.J. — It has been quite a year for the Rumson Fair Haven Gymnastics Team! Thanks to head coach Kim Gonzalez for doing a fantastic job leading the girls. They successfully completed their fourth varsity season. With an inaugural team of four, the girls found success and have grown. They are now a team of 14, of which six had qualified for sectionals and one, Natalie Lindgren qualified for States!  As they enter their fifth season, they are excited to report on both the growth of the team and their program.

  • Senior members of the team were honored at a dinner.

Members of the team include: Dylan Connone (senior), Caitlyn Cosgrove (senior), Chloe Goldin (senior), Giuliana Ming (senior), Lucy Andres, Sophia Andres, Auden Conway, Emma Cosgrove, Courtney Gavlick, Natalie Lindgren, Harley Pellettiere, Catherine Pyndus, Hanna Rizzi and Sophia Sansone.

When these ladies are not performing tricks in the air they found time to help their community. Members of the team recently dropped off items to the 180 Turning Lives Around organization. This is a place that provides survivors of domestic and sexual violence and their families with free, confidential programs to process and heal from their experiences.
