North Greenville emerged victorious over the Valkyries of Converse University this afternoon at Tyger River Park in Spartanburg, South Carolina with final scores of 14-4 and 9-0. Three of the Valkyries’ four runs for the day were scored in the 1st inning of game one, but the NGU pitching staff would allow just one run throughout the final eleven innings.
