Salisbury, NC – Senior, Xavier Procter was named the best of the best by earning the 2022 CIAA Golf Player of the Year. Procter, a native of Shelby, NC came on strong throughout the season to lead the Blue Bears to a overwhelming victory in the CIAA Golf Championship that was held in Dunn, NC at the Chicora Country Club.
