Aminata Kenyawani took 3rd place in the 10,000 meters and Arianna Hayde smashed a personal best and program record in the triple jump on the first day of the 2022 Lone Star Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championship hosted by Texas A&M-Kingsville at Javelina Stadium. After day one of action, the women’s team stands in 4th place in team scoring with 10 points, while the men’s team sit in 10th place with two points.
