The Southern Connecticut State University women’s track and field team finished in eighth place at the New England Outdoor Championships with 38 points. Southern finished just behind American International at seventh place, while five of the top six schools were all Division I programs. Southern recorded 10 top 10 finishes and recorded points in 10 events. The Owls also had three personal-best marks recorded.
