WICHITA FALLS, Texas — Midwestern State announced the signing of state champion Paris Miller to a National Letter of Intent Tuesday afternoon. The 5-10 guard led Brownsboro High School to a 40-2 record this season as the Bearettes rolled to the first state title in program history.
