Hayden is unstoppable in the gym. He has been in the Special Warrior program at Hanover Family Fitness since he was very young. He is enthusiastic and works hard. His current favorite exercise is Bulgarian Split Squats but that could change at any time. Hayden’s pastimes are helping his dad coach basketball and watching his brother play baseball. Other than sports his interests include hunting, fishing, and sprint car races. He also loves to sing country music.
