Spencer County trap team places 5th in Kentucky Clay Target state tournament
TAYLORSVILLE, Ky. — Congratulations Spencer County High School Trap Team, home of the regional champions! We placed 1st in our Class A Conference and 5th in the state of Kentucky. Super proud of all our boys and girls!
Our final score was 472/500 targets, which was a competitive score just 8 clays away from first place. What a great result for a team that has been competing for only 2 years!
Bella Milburn placed 3rd in the individual girls competition and Caleb Milburn placed 5th in the boys competition. We also placed first in our conference for the regular season and managed to place above our conference in the state tournament as well.
