TAHLEQUAH – Emeka Obukwelu, a standout Northeastern State men’s basketball player from the 2021-22 season, has signed his first professional contract. Obukwelu will begin his professional career for KK Adria Oil Skrljevo in Croatia, a member of the top league in the country.
