Javier Izquierdo-Cuervo Named ASUN Goalkeeper of the Week for the First Time in Queens Athletics History

ATLANTA, GA. – Queens University of Charlotte men’s soccer goalkeeper Javier Izquierdo-Cuervo was named the ASUN Goalkeeper of the Week for the week of Sept. 12-18, as officially announced by the league on Tuesday afternoon. The weekly honor is historic as Cuervo becomes the first player in Queens Athletics history to receive a weekly conference award.
