The United States has a lot to celebrate after opening the 2022 Presidents Cup at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina, with a 4-1 victory in the first foursomes session Thursday over the International squad. Xander Schauffele and Patrick Cantlay had the highlight victory of the day, taking down Adam Scott and Hideki Matsuyama 6 and 5. On Friday, the team had two high-profile visitors on the first tee — the 42nd and 43rd presidents of the United States, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush.
