Adams’ Header Lifts Women’s Soccer Over Southern Virginia

The Randolph-Macon women’s soccer team used an Olivia Adams (Mechanicsville, Va./Hanover) header from a beautiful Riley Russ (Virginia Beach, Va./Princess Anne) ball to the back post to best Southern Virginia, 1-0, at Nunnally Field Friday night under the lights. The set piece proved to be the difference as Randolph-Macon looked strong offensively throughout the match.
