ATHENS, Tenn.— In a battle of two of the top five teams in the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) standings, the Montreat women’s soccer team traveled on the road to take on the Tennessee Wesleyan University Bulldogs Saturday afternoon. A three-goal first half allowed the Bulldogs to create separation and triumph 5-2, resulting in a 5-3 overall record and 5-2 conference record for the Cavaliers.
