Mountaineers Gear Up for NCAA Southeast Regional

BOONE, N.C. – The App State men’s and women’s cross country team returns to E.P. Tom Sawyer Park in Louisville, Ky. for the NCAA Southeast Regional on Friday. The women’s 6K is set for 11 a.m. with the men’s 10K to follow at noon. The top two teams and the first four finishers in the race not associated with those two teams will advance to the NCAA Championships in Stillwater, OK on Nov. 19.
