Three members of the Boston University field hockey team have earned NFHCA Division I All-Region honors as sophomore Payton Anderson was named to the first team and senior Rachel Borzymowski and junior Thalia Steenssens collected second-team recognition, as announced on Tuesday by the NFHCA.
