ELSAH, Ill. – The Rockford University women’s basketball team fell in a heartbreaker 58-57 on the road Tuesday at Principia College. The Regents fell behind by as many as ten points in the first half, but outscored Principia 20-11 in third and took a two-point advantage into the fourth.
