Cade Cunningham has been ruled out indefinitely as he decides whether or not to receive surgery for a stress fracture in his shin. The Detroit Pistons will be without the former No. 1 overall pick from 2021 for quite some time as he recovers from a reported stress fracture in his left shin. How long Cunningham is out for is yet to be determined as he has been presented with two options for treatment. He can either undergo surgery, or wait for his body to heal the fracture on its own.
