QUERÉTARO CITY, Mexico – Sheldon Cassimy and the 2022 CEBL Champions, the Honey Badgers, represented Canada in the FIBA Basketball Champions League Americas (BCLAs) which opened this past weekend in Mexico. The BCLAs is the top continental league in the Americas, bringing together twelve of the best clubs from across the continent. The teams representing eight countries will compete over the course of four months in hopes of earning a berth in the 2023 FIBA International Cup.
