DUBUQUE, Iowa – The Rockford University women’s basketball team fell 65-41 on the road Thursday night in its first game in nearly two weeks to the University of Dubuque. Although Rockford never led in the game, the Regents put together three solid quarters against the Spartans. Unfortunately, the game was ultimately decided in the second quarter, where Dubuque outscored Rockford 23-4. Rockford never got any closer than 18 in the second half, as the Spartans went on to win their third straight game over the Regents in the last four seasons.
