Trinity Women’s Basketball Blows Past Bowdoin In Fourth Quarter
HARTFORD, Conn. – Junior Emma Wax (Pine Brook, N.J.) scored 11 of her game-high 18 points to lead the Trinity College Bantams to a 49-43 win over the visiting Bowdoin College Polar Bears in New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) women’s basketball action this afternoon on Ogrodnik Court in Oosting Gymnasium. Trinity, ranked No. 22 in the nation, came back from a 41-31 deficit after three quarters to outscore the Polar Bears, 18-2, in the final stanza to improve to 13-1 overall and 2-0 in the NESCAC.
