Nancy Haggerty Rockland/Westchester Journal News Last week, Journal News/lohud girls basketball fans turned out online in huge force to vote for the Girls Basketball Player of the Week. With coaches nominating eight athletes for the honor, 66,687 votes were cast. Pleasantville sophomore guard Meghan Raefski, who netted 52 points over two Panther wins, garnered 29,650 votes to gain the honor.
