Middlebury men’s basketball forward Alex Sobel was named the United States Basketball Writers Association (USBWA) Division III National Player of the Week after being tabbed the NESCAC Player of the Week. He picks up the second USBWA National Player of the Week accolade this season and the third of his career. The senior has also garnered six weekly honors from the NESCAC as a Panther.
