For the fifth time this season, Yeshiva University sophomore guard Zevi Samet was named the Skyline Conference Rookie of the Week. The Monsey native also earned honorable mention accolades from the Metropolitan Basketball Writers Association. Classmate Max Zakheim was selected to the Skyline Men’s Basketball Weekly Honor Roll. Both organizations made the official announcements on Tuesday morning.
