BOSTON, MASS. — Rhode Island men’s track and field team holds a steady lead with 67 points after day one of the New England Championship. Maine and Massachusetts both collected 17 team points to round out the top three. The Rams had three crowned New England champion Thursday, as Johnathan Buchanan (weight throw) Jack Reichenbach (long jump) collected their first career NE titles while Ben Fleischer (5000m) repeated as champion.
