The 29-year-old quarterback from Atlanta has been to the playoffs. Heinicke held his own with Washington two years ago against Brady and the Bucs. The numbers were nice, more than 300 yards passing with a TD and a rushing score. He’s not the highest profile name but a practical pick nonetheless. Does he suit the plan in Tampa?
