Three Fencers Selected for NCAA Championships

DETROIT — Three members of the Wayne State University fencing program have been received bids to the 2023 NCAA Fencing Championships, as announced by the organization on Tuesday. Freshman Ludovica Mancini (Rome, Lazio, Italy) will represent the women’s team, while redshirt senior Ahmed Elsayed (Tanta, Gharbia, Egypt) and sophomore Eyad Marouf (Alexandria, Egypt) will represent the men’s team.
