MIDDLETOWN, CT. – Nicky Johnson ’25 continues to pile up post-season awards, as this week the Cardinals point guard claimed First Team All-Region and Second Team All-District honors. D3hoops.com announced Johnson as a member of the All-Region 1 First Team on Tuesday, making him the second Cardinal in as many years to earn such honor with Sam Peek ’22 finding a spot on the first team last season. The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) also honored the sophomore guard Tuesday, by listing him as a member of the All-District 1 Second Team.
