NEW ORLEANS, LA – Regional Athletes and Coaches of the Year for the 2023 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field season were announced on Friday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA), and included an almost clean sweep on the women’s side of the East Region as Katherine Marsh, Kyria Moore and Head Coach Katie Rees were all recognized.
