Track and Field Has Strong Showing on Day One of Ole Miss Classic
OXFORD, Miss. __ In their second outdoor meet of the season, Alabama A&M had a strong showing, with ten student-athletes earning top ten finishes on day one at the Ole Miss Classic on Friday. Three of the four top finishes on the women’s side were recorded in the 200-meter dash, as Victoya Smith finished fourth with a time of 24.68, followed by teammates Laila Gaynor at 24.69 and Olivia Andrews at 25.28, good for fifth and sixth place respectively in the event.
