MARION, Ind. – The Forester track and field program took a partial squad to IWU’s Polar Bear Invitational over the weekend to open up its outdoor season. Junior Erica Xayarath headlined Roark’s crew with a pair of first place finishes in jumps. The Fort Wayne native soared 1.74 meters in high jump to hit the A standard, easily win the meet, set a new HU record and claim the top spot in the NAIA nationally.
