(BVM) — The AL East has proven to be one of the more competitive divisions in baseball, sending 25 teams to the postseason in the last decade. It was more of the same in 2022 as the New York Yankees, Toronto Blue Jays and Tampa Rays fought to represent the division in the Fall Classic, but the Houston Astros swept the Yankees in the AL Championship Series.
Now heading into the 2023 MLB season, the AL East is set to be a fierce battleground again as teams fight to be crowned World Series champions. Here’s how the division’s five teams could fare in 2023.
