Crimson Hawks pull away from Shippensburg with fourth quarter flurry
INDIANA, Pa. – IUP women’s lacrosse rattled off its fifth victory in a row, using a five-goal fourth quarter and its traditional stout defense in an 11-5 victory against Shippensburg on w windy Wednesday at Miller Stadium. IUP (6-3) took control down the stretch after Shippensburg (1-8) sliced its deficit to just one goal in the third quarter.
