Ismael Massoud enters transfer portal; 5 possible landing spots

There may not have been a more disappointing team in 2023 than the Tar Heels, who struggled with injuries throughout the campaign. With the announcements that RJ Davis and Armando Bacot would be coming back for next year, the program took a hit when leading scorer Caleb Love entered the portal. Love, who struggled from the 3-point line during his junior season, will leave a considerable hole on the offensive end. Massoud would receive the larger role he’s looking for and give North Carolina the kind of shooter it could use to help space the floor.
