 After finishing 11-21 ayear ago, the Panthers had a turnaround season with a 24-12 record and earned a spot in one of the NCAA Tournament’s play-in games, where they defeated the Mississippi State Bulldogs. With ACC Coach of the Year Jeff Capel III at the helm, the 2023-24 season could be memorable, especially if the Panthers add Epps too.

He would not only have the opportunity to learn from a former player and assistant of legendary basketball coach Mike Krzyzewski, but he’d also have the chance to compete with Blake Hinson, who’s one of the best forwards on the team. With those two, Pittsburgh could win its first-ever ACC title.
