Brookville, N.Y. – The St. John’s softball team edged LIU in an 8-6 battle on Wednesday afternoon at the LIU Softball Complex. Three Red Storm (13-14, 4-2 BIG EAST) sluggers belted home runs in the midweek win. With the loss, LIU drops to 17-16 on the season.
