Three Vols Advance Past 400-Meter Hurdles Prelims At Texas Relays
AUSTIN, Texas — On Tennessee’s first day of competition at the 95th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays, three Volunteers qualified for the 400-meter hurdles final to highlight UT’s Thursday performances at Mike A. Myers Stadium. Making his collegiate outdoor debut, freshman Clement Ducos was the fastest Vol in prelims with a time of 50.42 seconds. In his first hurdle race since winning silver at the Mediterranean U23 Championships in September 2022, Ducos placed himself No. 7 on UT’s all-time list in the 400-meter hurdles.
