Editors note: The Los Angeles Rams traded Allen Robinson and pick No. 251 to the Pittsburgh Steelers for pick No. 234.
LOS ANGELES (BVM) – The Los Angeles Rams “all-in” strategy regarding draft capital caught up to them in 2022, following injuries to many of the team’s key starters like quarterback Matthew Stafford and wide receiver Cooper Kupp.
A lack of depth at many of the team’s premium positions slowed down its effort to reclaim the division this past year, bringing up larger questions for the team heading forward. With numerous offseason moves already paving the way for a look towards the future, the 2023 NFL Draft will be an important stepping stone to get things back on track.
With the return of both Stafford and Kupp for the upcoming year, the Rams will have to find ways to improve an offense that struggled to get things going even with the two star contributors. Add in the trade of All-Pro cornerback Jalen Ramsey and general manager Les Snead will have more than enough to address on both sides of the ball come the April event.
With that in mind, here’s a look at which players head coach Sean McVay and Snead could be targeting with their 11 picks.
