
Men’s tennis rallies past Sacred Heart
WORCESTER, Mass. — Freshman Camilo Illanes came from behind to win his match at No. 6 singles, lifting the Holy Cross men’s tennis team to a 4-3 victory over Sacred Heart at the Sinnott Family Tennis Facility. The Crusaders improve to 6-10 on the season with the win, while the Pioneers fall to 7-11 overall. In doubles action, freshman Patrick Ling and junior Connor Nelson defeated Paul Goncalves and Charlie Levinson 6-2 at the No. 3 spot, but Sacred Heart had victories at both No. 1 and No. 2 to take the doubles point.
