Track and Field Wraps Up Weekend in California
AZUSA, Calif. & KEARNEY, Neb. – The Fort Hays State track and field teams saw student-athletes compete at a pair of events on Saturday (April 15). The Tigers tallied nine national qualifying marks on the final day of the Bryan Clay Invitational while picking up four event victories at the Loper Invitational. In total, the Tigers turned in 17 national qualifying performances at the Bryan Clay Invitational this week. Mattie Rossi was seventh in the 400m hurdles, completing the lap in 59.86 to etch her name in the top three on the NCAA DII performance chart so far this season.…
