Red Wolves Close Regular Season With 4-0 Loss at Southern Miss

HATTIESBURG, Miss. (4/22/23) – Closing out the regular season schedule, the Arkansas State women’s soccer team fell 4-0 at Southern Miss Saturday afternoon. A-State (2-17, 0-11 Sun Belt) dropped the doubles point with losses on court one and two. Sarah Millard and Sofia Vdovychenko fell 6-3 on court one and Rebecca Brody and Yasmine Humbert came up short 6-2 on court two. Abigail Thurmer and Anna Borovinskaya trailed 4-3 on court three when Southern Miss (7-11, 2-9 Sun Belt) clinched the doubles tally. The Golden Eagles took a 2-0 advantage with Maddison Ricardo downing Thurmer 6-1, 6-0 on court five.…
