Top 5 XFL players who could be in the NFL in 2023
5. Ajene Harris, CB, Houston Roughnecks
Harris’ five interceptions leads the XFL this season. The former USC cornerback also has 31 tackles and a tackle for loss for the Roughnecks. Harris was a great defensive back at USC, earning a starting spot as a nickel corner for the Trojans after originally being recruited as a wide receiver. However, Harris only made practice squads in the NFL from 2019 to 2022 before joining the Roughnecks. The XFL gave him a chance to show off his talents and his time in Houston has at the very least earned him another shot at the NFL.
