Gallery: (5-12-2023) 2023 Graduates FRANKFORT, Ky. – For the second consecutive year, Kentucky State University has boasted student-athletes named as valedictorians, with Collier Higgs being honored as the valedictorian of the Class of 2023. In addition, 62 student-athletes will receive graduate and undergraduate degrees. Out of the undergraduate degrees conferred by Kentucky State University, 30.24% were earned by 62 student-athletes.
