Cavaliere wins ECAC/IC4A 1,500 Outdoor Title

FAIRFAX, Va. – Senior Matthew Cavaliere won the men’s 1,500 championship, highlighting Binghamton’s performance at the ECAC/IC4A Outdoor Meet, which was held this weekend at George Mason University. In the final team standings, the Bearcat men were a program-best ninth out of 38 scoring teams while the women’s squad was 22nd out of 37 scoring teams. Cavaliere, who won the America East Outdoor Championship in the same event last week, clocked a first-place time of 3:43.71 at the ECAC/IC4A meet.
